We know about 10 people who are pregnant and ALL of them are having boys!!!! (Just to spite John I think...at least this one was!) Well, on March 13, 2008, one of the first of the baby boy brigade, and the newest member of our family, was born: baby Garrett Alan. And boy, were we glad he arrived! Despite complications throughout the pregnancy, Mom did a great job holding on through the pain and discomfort and wasn't induced until he was full-term. Yeah Amie! Apparently I was really empathizing with her as I called Gramma's cell phone right as the baby was crowning. Thanks to me, he was welcomed into the world with a rousing jazz ring-tone of "When the Saints Go Marching In." (Well, almost=)
